Sticky coat on the remote
:
Parrot uses the
spraying craft
on the surface in order to improve the beauty and texture of the units. The coat will experience a bit of
oxidized and becomes sticky
under high temperatures. It is a
normal phenomenon
on the remote.
We will do a simple cleaning before dispatched, if you have further request about this service, please leave a note while placing the order (Do not clean), or we will send out as default (CLEANED)
How to clean:
To deal with this, using a damp cloth GENTLY wipe off the coat (or add in a little bit of dishwasher on the damp cloth), then it won't have the stick coat again.

Pairing:
To pair remote control, right as the moment you start up your car (make sure your car is off before that), press and Hold "Green / Red / Play(Pause), all three buttons at the Same Time.
Hold the button and wait until the parrot booth to its main screen, which will display remote pairing if successful.
Valid Phone Number:
In order to deliver the items, please provide a valid phone number that can reach you while placing the orders.
Orders for the
regional area will be dispatched by Standard Parcel Post, which will take a relatively long time and may need the receiver to pick up at the post office.
