    Description

This uncirculated 20 New Zealand dollar banknote is a standard circulation banknote issued by the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. It is a blue, violet, and green polymer banknote that is dated 2016, bears the signature of Bank Governor Graeme Wheeler, and measures 145 mm x 70 mm. Its obverse side contains English and Maori text, a gold SPARK falcon, an outline map of New Zealand, the Executive Wing and the Parliament House building in Wellington, and a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. Its reverse side displays a Marlborough rock daisy (Pachystegia insignis), a flowering red tussock (Chionchloa rubra), Mount Tapuaenuku, ferns, and the New Zealand falcon (Falco novaseelandiae). Security features include a security thread and a watermark. Because the note is made of polymer substrate, it does not have a security thread or a watermark.
