Murray's Magic Mart - ESP Ultimate Prediction
Effect: ESP Ultimate Prediction is so diabolically clever it will even fool magicians.  100% self working - requires no preparation or pracrice, and can be immeidatley repeated.  What an effect!  This is so ingeniously deceptive, it will become one of your favorite close-up effects.   Begin by making a prediction.  You now introduce an envelope 2" x 8".  THe envelope is printed with 5 lines.   In the evenlope is a sheet of paper also 2" x 8" (#90 card stock) printed with the 5 ESP symbols.   Your assistant is instreucxted to cut through any line - no force - and cut the envelope in 2 piecdes.  When each half of the envelope is opened and the two cut pieces are placed together, the ESP symbol the assistant cut will match your prediction exactly.
This routine comes from the estate of a home magician.  Comes with instructions and 6 evelopes/cards.  Looks like cards and envelopes could easily be duplicated.
