I try to take plenty of photos and provide detailed descriptions of my items, so please review the entire listing and all photos before committing to purchase. Keep in mind, there is always a component of human error. Items are sold “as-is.” If you have any questions about the condition, please message me prior to purchasing the item.
RETURNS:
If the item is *grossly different* from the listing description, or it is lost or damaged in the mail, then the first step is to message me directly to attempt a good faith discourse. I will not accept returns or issue refunds if you decide you no longer want the item, you have buyer’s remorse, or if it does not fit.
Lost items:
can only be claimed as “item not received” after the estimated delivery day. Tracking will be provided on all purchases. If an item is marked as delivered to your location, then it cannot be considered Lost. If an item is still in transit as shown in the tracking, then a reasonable amount of time should be given to receive the item.
Damaged:
proof of damage must be provided with pictures. Refunds will not be issued if you only claim damage without proof. Do not discard the damaged item until communicating with me.
Grossly different:
due to human error, there may be some details that are missing in the description (i.e. small marks missed during inspection). Color of the item may differ slightly when using different devices/screens and due to lighting used when taking pictures. Size may be slightly different when using a mannequin or jewelry display which are used to provide a gross idea of scale. For an item to be deemed “grossly different” this means any reasonable person would consider the received item to be *significantly altered* from the original description.
FEEDBACK:
I will leave buyer feedback at the end of a transaction. I will consider the transaction to be completed when I receive feedback from the buyer confirming the item was received and they are satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
I can combine shipping for multiple items purchased. Before payment, you can commit to buy the items and then request an invoice for the total. If after payment, I will refund you the difference in shipping.
