The guitar does come with original casio strap, instructional booklet and paperwork, as well as the original box.  The box is shows pretty major signs of age as you can see in the picture.
Important:
one of the battery spring thingy snapped when i was removing old batteries and a small piece of the metal spring broke, making the batteries not fit snug enough now to give it power.  I am sure someone can easily replace this spring with a new longer one or extend this one with some metal wire and solder it together.  I chose to just forget the battery compartment all together and I purchased a new power cord from Amazon.  This cord will be included as well.  Over all I didn't notice any major signs of wear on the guitar itself.
