The Fantasma OWL Bicycle On-wheel Lighting/Image System is our patented LED Image Generator, which is designed for all types of bicycles.
The OWL Bike LED Devices are fully programmable and deliver up to 100 high-quality images or animations.

Fantasma Owl BK-7082 is a revolutionary Patented LED wheel lighting system that designed to fit a standard 700c steel-spoke bicycle wheel.

Features:
Programmable LED Image Devices : Each OWL Device has pre-stored LED images. Moreover, the OWL Designer Software Disc (included) can be installed onto any PC to customize image files and upload up to 100 different images onto the OWL LED Device.
Full-Color LED Images
Two-side display:  Patented design on “V-reflector”, which displays images on both sides of the wheel.
Easy Sync process:  Each BK-7082 package contains two OWL LED Devices, both intended to be installed on one bicycle wheel. The Built-in Sync System will sync the two units automatically to assure that the LED images remain upright and clear.
Long Battery Life: Each OWL LED Device is powered by 5 AAA Alkaline batteries and can last for 14 hours continuously. The device will shut off automatically during daytime to save power.
Easy Installation: All OWL Bicycle Devices are designed to be installed on different sizes/types of steel-spoke wheels using adjustable mounting mechanism in minutes.
Water-resistance: All OWL LED Devices are water-resistant to perform in different weather conditions.

We normally ship within 24 hours, unless an emergency arises, such as weather preventing us from getting the orders out, or knocking out our internet. Our shipping vehicle is 4WD so we can get through rain and snow :-)
We will not lie on the customs forms. It is a felony. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please don't rely on U.S.P.S. tracking. It can only track within the U.S. Any tracking information, after it leaves the country, is up to the mercy of other countries. WE DO NOT ALLOW PICKUPS
*We are happy to Cover all Postage Cost For Faulty/Incorrect Items, as long as they are reported within 5 Days after the item has been signed for. If you have changed your mind about an order you will be required to cover all postage cost, so will only Receive 80% of monies you paid for the returned items. We will not accept returns if the item is not it the original packaging or used.
